JBSD基金は税法上501(C)3に該当する非営利団体で、ミシガンにおける教育、文化、芸術など幅広い分野で教育機関をはじめとする地元の非営利団体に対し毎年寄付を行い、地域の発展、相互理解、日本との親睦の発展に貢献してきております。

この活動を継続する為に、例年実施しておりますファンドレイズ・ゴルフ大会を本年も実施しますので、JBSD会員、非会員を問わず多くの方々に御参加を頂きたく御案内申し上げます。

JBSD Foundation under US 501(C)3 has been contributing to the local community and promoted friendship through

supporting activities of schools and other nonprofit organizations located in Michigan.

In order to continue those activities JBSD Foundation Fundraising Golf Outing 2019 has been scheduled.

It is open to both JBSD members and non- members. Please join the outing to support the better future of community.

1.Date & Time: August 29th, 2019 (Thursday)

Registration: Begin 9:30am, Tee-off: 11:00am(Shotgun)

Lunch at the halfway house, Cocktail/Dinner: From 4:00pm(approx)

2.Place: Indianwood Golf and Country Club(1081 Indianwood Road, Lake Orion, MI 48362)

3.Format: Best Ball Scramble（チームプレー）

4.Participantion fee: $250/per person (Play fee $125, Donation $125). Receipt from JBSD Foundation will be issued with

statement of donation for $125. The receipt can be used for tax purposes. ($125は税務上寄付金扱い)

5.Payment: Check payable and mail to JBSD Foundation, 42400 Grand River Ave., Suite 202, Novi, MI 48375

6.Due Date for Registration: Friday August 16th, 2019

7.Request of Logo of participant’s organization (参加者の会社ロゴご提供のお願い）
