JBSD基金は税法上501(C)3に該当する非営利団体で、ミシガンにおける教育、文化、芸術など幅広い分野の非営利団体に対し毎年寄付を行い、地域の発展と親睦の促進へ貢献することを目的としています。この目的を実現する為に、例年実施しておりますファンドレイズ・ゴルフ大会を本年も実施しますので、JBSD会員、非会員を問わず多くの方々に御参加頂きたく御案内申し上げます。なお、ご寄付のみの御参加も歓迎しますので、皆様、奮って御参加いただきます様、何卒、宜しく御願い申し上げます。

The purpose of JBSD Foundation under US 501(C)3 is contribution to the local community and promotion of friendship through supporting activities of nonprofit organizations located in Michigan. JBSD Foundation Fundraising Golf Outing 2017 has been scheduled in order to achieve our purpose. It is open to both JBSD members and non- members. Please join outing for the better future of community.

1.Date & Time: August 24th, 2017 (Thursday)

Registration: Begin 9:30am, Tee-off: 11:00am (Shotgun)

Lunch at the halfway house, Cocktail/Dinner: From 4:00pm (approx)

2.Place: Indianwood Golf and Country Club(1081 Indianwood Road, Lake Orion, MI 48362)

3.Format: Best Ball Scramble (チームプレー)

4.Participantion fee: $250/per person (Play fee $125, Donation $125).  Receipt from JBSD Foundation will be issued with statement of donation for $125.

The receipt can be used for tax purposes. ($125は税務上寄付金)

5.Payment: Check payable and mail to  JBSD Foundation, 42400 Grand River Ave., Suite 202, Novi, MI 48375
