3.Format: Best Ball Scramble（チームプレー）

4.Participantion fee: $250/per person (Play fee $125, Donation $125).

Receipt from JBSD Foundation will be issued with statement of donation of $125 to JBSD Foundation.

The receipt can be used for tax purposes. ($125は税務上寄付金扱い)
