JBSDスポーツ部会では本年もテニスイベントを開催致します。今年も当地の日本人の上級プレーヤーの方々によるテニス・レッスン並びにテニス・トーナメントを企画致しましたので、奮ってご参加ください。

JBSD Sports Committee has organized tennis event 2017 which offers clinic for beginners and tournament.

1.開催日 (Date) ：8月27日（日）Sunday August 27^th

2.場所(Venue) ：Franklin Racquet Club　 29350 Northwestern Highway, Southfield

3.時間 (Time)：

受付(Registration) Start 9:00am, 開会式(Opening) 10:00am

テニスレッスン(Tennis clinic) 10:15am－12:15pm

トーナメント(Tournament) 12:45pm －6:30pm * Registration must be by 12:00pm.

4.参加資格 (Eligibility for participation)：USTA Rating 4.5 以下 でかつ以下の方とその家族 (USTA Rating 4.5 and under, and following and its families)

JBSD会員 (JBSD member), 法人会員の従業員 (Employee of corporate members),

りんご会会員(Ringo-Kai member), ウィメンズクラブ会員( Women’s Club), テニスレッ

スンコーチ(Volunteer coach of tennis clinic)

5.プログラム (Program) ・募集人数 (Maximum number of participants)

初心・中級者レッスン (Clinic for beginners) ・100：Level A- B- C Lower to Higher

トーナメント( Tournament) ・32：Men’s Doubles, Women’s or Mix Doubles

6.参加費(Participation fee)：

テニスレッスン(Tennis clinic) $5/person *懇親会有料 (Fee for party )

トーナメント(Tournament) $15/person * 懇親会無料( Free participation to party)

懇親会費 /人(Fee for party) 12歳以上( 12 and older) $10,  5-11歳 (5 to 11 years) $5

7.支払方法(Payment method)：チェック(Check)

8.締め切り (Due date of application)：8月17日（月） Monday August 17^th

（注）8月17日以降のキャンセルは返金できませんのでご注意ください。

Please be careful cancellation on August 17 and later cannot be refunded.

9. イベント同意書（Waiver) はこちらから(Family, 17 yrs. and under or 18 yrs. and up)ダウンロードして申込み時に添付してください。添付不可能の場合は、チェックとともに郵送ください。
